4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after full payment.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another notification when it has shipped.

5. Payment Terms

  • We accept:
    • Cash on Delivery (COD)
    • UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
    • Net Banking
  • All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment information.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and unopened.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
  • Shipping charges are non‑refundable.
  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items (reported within 48 hours of delivery).

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

8. Changes to Terms

  • Zenius India reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Please review these terms periodically.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
