Returns

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
• Please note: shipping charges are non‑refundable.

Exchanges

• We replace items only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• For exchanges, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images or video).

Non‑Returnable Items

• Opened or used products.
• Health & personal care items (for hygiene reasons).
• Customised or special‑order products.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us.
• Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
